Born June 13, 1953, Denver, Colorado is an American actor, comedian, sound wannabe, and entertainer.
Best known for his role in the sitcom Big Repair. His role in the film Searching for the Galaxy is still one of his most popular roles. He is also known for his roles in the Disney films The Contract of Santa Claus and Toy Story.
Allen has been nominated for one Emmy and 5 Golden Globes. In 1995, for his role in "Big renovation" he was awarded the Golden Globe Award in the nomination "Best Actor in a Musical or Comedy Series".
In 1999, Allen was named a Disney legend for his work on the Toy Story franchise and The Santa Claus Contract.
Tim Allen was awarded a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame at 6898 Hollywood Boulevard for his contributions to the television industry.
In 1996 he was honored with the Kids' Choice Awards.
He currently stars alongside Nancy Travis on the ABC sitcom The Last Real Man.
