Born November 5, 1955 - American film and television actor.
Serrano began his career as a stage actor in the 1970s. His debut was the comedy with Tom Hanks "The Pit of Debt". This was followed by small roles in the films Lethal Weapon 2, Bad Boys, Negotiator, Empire, Own Man, Verdict for Money and The Day After Tomorrow.
He has also appeared in a large number of television series: The Spy, 24 Hours, Law & Order and its spin-offs Law & Order: Special Victims Unit and Law & Order: Trial by Jury .
He played Bobby's father in the TV series Ugly. He appeared in the third season as Victor Luna, the tyrant manager of Adrianna Tate-Duncan in 90210: The New Generation. He starred as Detective Hanover in the Criminal Minds episode "Poison".
