Sister Siren is a young group, not yet seven years old. It is based on three bright and gifted girls: the vocals are Sofia, the keyboards are Shamala, the bass guitar is Lenka. The male support consists of Elvar Abdullaev's guitar and Alexei Molchanov's drums. Diesel is called the creative father of the project. As a matter of fact, it is believed that the alternative musical direction, to which the work of the group belongs, is closer to pop-rock, although the performers themselves do not insist on this. The interests of the girls, in addition to the group, are different: Sofia receives a professional musical education, Lenka is an avid biker, and also a model, Shamala is also fond of photography and painting, but they are united by their love for good music from classical to heavy music. So, among the favorites are not only Beethoven, Scriabin and Rachmaninov, but also such titans of our time, like Led Zeppelin, Nirvana, Depeche Mode and others.
Sister Siren's credo is quality and originality. The group is accused of excessive claims to intellectuality and cosmopolitanism, although both are perceived, for example, by foreign producers as a double potential. Successful cooperation with the "sisters" of the mentor group Green Gray, as evidenced by numerous Sister Siren photos together with GG musicians, the joint video of Trideo, marked as the best video, speaks primarily of the level of Ukrainian music. Signature performance of songs in English allowed Sister Siren to confidently declare himself at the Eropean Music Awards in Berlin, to be warmly received in London and arouse the interest of such a New York recording monopoly as the Universal Record Company. The group's achievements include participation in concerts of outstanding masters, in particular, Lenny Kravitz.
An interesting work is the video for the song Pozhezha (Fever). Not without the participation of Diesel, as well as director Alexander Anpilogov and cameraman Kirill Khailov working with GG.
