Born February 20, 1975, Lexington is an American actor, musician, and singer.

Brian was born with a congenital heart defect and was hospitalized several times in critical condition, including at the age of 5 with a diagnosis of bacterial endocarditis (inflammation of the inner lining of the heart). According to the doctors, he had practically no chance of survival. Brian began to take an early interest in music and took up singing in the choir of a Baptist church, which he attended regularly on weekends. Littrell graduated from Tates Creek High Schoo and was offered a scholarship to study at the Cincinnati Bible College. In 1993, the composition of the future Backstreet Boys group was formed. In search of the fifth member of the group, Kevin Richardson, Brian's cousin, called him and invited him to become the fifth member of the group. "April 19, 1993. - recalls Brian. “He called me during his American history class. The final lesson of my penultimate year at school. " The next morning Littrell was in Orlando.

Brian became the fifth member of the group. At the beginning of their careers, the group was not popular in the States, despite the popularity of their first single on radio stations in Orlando. Therefore, the group decided to try their hand at Europe, where their popularity began to gain momentum. In the mid-nineties, the Backstreet Boys became one of the most popular bands in the world. In 1998, in the middle of a tour of 39 cities in the United States, Brian underwent open-heart surgery (to correct a congenital heart defect) at the urging of his girlfriend (now wife) Leanne Wallace. The operation has already been postponed twice at the request of the group's management. “I was scared and more than a little upset,” he recalls. "I was not considered human." In 2001, the group was inducted into the Guinness Book of Records as the most commercially successful teenage vocal team of all time. They have released 4 albums: Backstreet Boys, Backstreet's Back, Millennium and Black & Blue. This was followed by the Greatest Hits collection Chapter One.

After a three-year hiatus, the band released Never Gone, later Unbreakable and This Is Us. On October 5, 2009, the day before the album "This Is Us" was released in the United States, Brian was diagnosed with swine flu. In this regard, we had to cancel some of the promotions in support of the album.

Brian attributes his successes in life and career to God. He is confident that a successful career in the group was given to him as an opportunity to “reach out” to a huge number of people and tell them about his faith. During a break in the band's career, Brian had the opportunity to record material for a solo album in the genre of Christian music.

In the summer of 2005, his first single, a cover version of Michael English's song "In Christ alone", peaked at # 1 on the Christian charts. In 2006 this song, performed by him, won the GMA Dove Award for “Inspection Studio Composition of the Year”. Brian's first solo album, Welcome Home, was released on May 2, 2006. It peaked at # 74 on the Billboard 200 and # 3 on Christian Albums.

The first single from the album, "Welcome home (you)", peaked at # 2 on the Hot Christian Songs chart. The second single was the song "Wish". In 2007, the third single, Over my head, was released. In the same year, Brian took part in the creation of 2 songs for the collection of Christian music "Glory Revealed".
