As a schoolboy, Glenn played drums in a rock band and appeared in local theater productions.
In 1988, the young man moved to the United States with his mother and two sisters. At first, Glenn had to deal with odd jobs, but he soon managed to continue his acting career.
Quinn began acting in commercials and music videos, and then began to offer him roles on television.
