Born on March 8, 1960.
From 1967 to 1977 he studied at the children's animation studio Florichika. From 1979 to 1981 - student of the Higher Courses for Scriptwriters and Directors. From 1977 to 1979 and from 1981 to 1983 he worked at the Moldova Film studio. From 1983 to 1990 - at TPO Ekran. 1990–1991 - at the Pilot studio. Since 1991 he has been managing the Classic Studio.
