Born April 23, 1984, Los Angeles, USA is an American dancer, choreographer and filmmaker.
Tancharoen is known for his work as a choreographer for Madonna, directing Britney Spears' The Onyx Hotel Tour, and his participation in the creation of DanceLife on MTV.
He made his directorial debut in 2009 with a remake of the classic 1980s film Glory. In June 2010, Tancharoen used his own money to shoot a short film Mortal Kombat: Rebirth to showcase his vision of a cinematic representation of the game universe to Warner Brothers bosses, which was released on Youtube. He did not have the rights to use the Mortal Kombat brand, but instead of legal action, the company offered him to direct a small web series Mortal Kombat: Legacy, timed to coincide with the release of the new part of the game on April 19, 2011.
